  • Location to which we deliver: Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau
  • The order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. Due to Covid-19, the logistic arrangement may be delayed and the shipping schedule will be longer than usual. 
  • Before order confirmation, we may need to check your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
  • Our delivery time starts after the moment an order is accepted and the package is dispatched in our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods.
  • Please ensure packages can be received by a person. The package, which no one to receive, will be sent back to Schiesser. Our carrier services cannot leave packages unattended. Please note that we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes.

Track My Order

  1. A confirmation email will be sent to you after the orders are placed
  2. An email with an air waybill number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. And you can use the number to track your order online.
  3. You can check your order status by logging in your account on our website, simply clicking on the tracking number and you will be redirected to the carrier’s website.



The goods in transit will be insured by Schiesser until it is delivered to you. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods will be passed to you. If the goods are received by the specified recipient who is not you (for example as a gift), then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Schiesser and transfer of responsibility in the same way.



Those ordered products for shipment to countries / cities outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import duties, customs, taxes and fees levied by the destination country / city. Schiesser has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered products meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. And these charges, all recipient are liable for, are not included in the price of the products.

These payments are necessary to release your order from customs on arrival but we are unable to advise the amount.



If the delivered products have material, production defects or damage caused by transport, please notify us immediately by email or phone.


Online Return:

To eligible for your return, you may need to meet the conditions:

  1. The purchased items are returned within 14 calendar days from receipt of your delivery on the proof of purchase.
  2. The purchased items are accompanied by the original return form and the original receipt.
  3. The returned items have not been altered, worn, washed, or damaged, and must be in their original packaging and box.
  4. Sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  5. Due to the intimate nature of this garment, underwear or items with underwear portion will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Items purchased in Schiesser website cannot be returned at stores.


Online Return Form

Please fill out the Online Return Form enclosed with your order and send it. The purchase amount will be refund once your items have been received and approved. Please email to enquiryhk@dragoncrowd.com

Please note that

  1. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for your return to be delivered to Hong Kong and processed. You will receive an email notification upon completion of the return processing.
  2. The full amount of the order, excluding the original order’s shipping fee, customs duties and taxes, will be credited to the original payment method.
  3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
