Territory

Orders on the Website and deliveries are possible only within Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan. We will inform you as quickly as possible if Dragon Crowd Enterprise (China) Ltd. is not able to execute an order.

 

Quantity Limits

Orders are accepted only in quantities usual for households.

 

Order Confirmations

We reserve the right not to accept an order for any reason at our sole discretion in the following cases:

3. Shipping restrictions.

Cancelling Orders

No Changes of Order

Please note that any changes (address, size, colour) cannot be acceptable once your order has been placed. Please contact our Customer Service Team at enquiryhk@schiesser.asia for immediate assistance.

 

Stock Limitations

Products on the Website are in stock and are ready to be sent. Any sizes that are out of stock are marked as out of stock.

We work hard to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible. However, there may be stock issues from customers ordering products at the same time.

In which case, the part of your order will be cancelled and you will not be charged.

Since our products are regularly replenished, you may return to our online shop for an update of the desired product.

 

Restriction on Use

 

We may take a claim against but not limiting to the following activities:

1. Using any technology to attempt to hide the use of multiples accounts or to disrupt our activities in any way.
2. Initiating communications that are unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially and ethnically objectionable.
